Angela Hart concentrates her practice primarily in business and commercial matters, commercial leasing, real estate, construction law, business law, and civil litigation in state and federal courts in Maryland and Virginia. Ms. Hart also advises and counsels businesses in all aspects ranging from the formation, acquisition and management of the business entity.

Ms. Hart is a member of the McLean Bar Association and currently serves on the association’s board of directors.
Ms. Hart attended the University of Richmond where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. Ms. Hart received her law degree magna cum laude from the Columbus School of Law at The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. She is a member of the bars of Maryland, Virginia, the U.S. District Courts for the Districts of Maryland and the Eastern District of Virginia, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
